Tales of June 4, 2024

If you would like to connect with your inner child side, coloring is a way to do it. In the recent week, I have been exploring yarn dying, and have been such a fun experience! I have stuck with solid colors and can’t wait to explore new ones. Red dying has been the most difficult so far because it takes more work to seal the color in the yarn and minimize color bleeding. I am currently working on a pair of short-leg socks that you will see in the next week's tale.

The dyed yarns are all 80/20 Merino Wool/Nylon blend. The colors are red, aqua blue, and purple. They will be posted soon on my Etsy store and here.

Note: I have decided to label my blog updates as “Tales” because at the end of the day, everything you make is a gift from our passion for the world to experience. Each creation is a story that is worth to be shared, even the "mistakes". With just an idea, wonderful things have been created and many more await. Send you hugs, and have a wonderful week!
